Brainstorming is an essential step in the creative process and as we're developing campaigns, we huddle together as a team and prepare to get those ideas flowing. These tips will help get you started on brightening up your brainstorm, but don't be afraid to experiment with your brainstorm yourself. Nobody knows your team or your team dynamic more than you, so adjust as you need in order to fit your team. Brainstorming is an ever evolving process and the absolute worst thing you could do is to have your brainstorms start feeling routine.
