Brainstorming is an essential step in the creative process and as we're developing campaigns, we huddle together as a team and prepare to get those ideas flowing. Sometimes, though, having a brainstorm and actually getting something useful out of it can be a little tough. Even if you're following all the rules to make a brainstorm effective, your brainstorm can seem a little bleak for those participating.
